    This situation is familiar to every summer resident. However, it’s not good to get embarrassed. And such overgrown ones are miraculously walking on the right. Of course, it’s no longer easy to salt or marinate them, but then you can roll them up in jars to look like a wonderful salad.

    The methods for preparing great fruits have been invented without any help. The careful gentlemen did not rush to throw away the food products. On the off chance, they tried to save everything that they could later live on.

    • fruits that have outgrown – 1 kg;
    • tomatoes – 500 g;
    • bell pepper – 300 g;
    • carrots – 300 g;
    • tsibulya – 200 g;
    • salt - 40-50 g;
    • black pepper (chalk) - to taste, call for more than 5 rubles.

    Beforehand, wash the kernels and knead them into a large third. You can also harvest carrots, but you need to peel them first. The peeled cibul and bell pepper can simply be cut into small pieces. All details are placed in this order in a large saucepan or cauldron. Before speaking, it’s best to cook it yourself in a cauldron or wok. The saucepan will just go, but you will have to stir the vegetables more often.

    Pour water into another saucepan and heat it. Place the tomatoes there and blanch them for 5 minutes. Then carefully remove the tomatoes and place them in cold water for the same hour. After which you can remove the skin from them. All you have to do is pass the prepared tomatoes through a meat grinder and place them in a saucepan/cauldron before the other vegetables.

    I add salt and pepper to the mixture and place it on the stove, covering the dishes with a lid. There is no need to add water, just give the vegetables enough juice. Thermal treatment takes approximately 40 minutes. In this case, the ingredients must be mixed regularly.

    After the end of the appointed hour, the salad can be placed in a sterilized jar and rolled up. The crusts also need to be sterilized beforehand. I forgot to turn the jars upside down during the day and wrap myself up warm. After 12 years of complete cooling, the jars can be removed for storage in the refrigerator or cellar.

    The result is a very tasty salad, similar to caviar. Before speaking, through the presence of olive oil, preservation is given as a low-calorie product, so that women can feed their children.

    Salad with ogirki, which have outgrown, with adjika “Gostriy”

    This preservation is suitable for those who love spicy snacks. There you go “with a bang” for an hour of friendly gatherings and drunken drinks. You just eat potatoes well. Products for preparing this preservation are completely standard:

    • fruits that have outgrown - little bits more than 3 kg;
    • bell pepper – 1 kg;
    • carrots – approximately 1 kg;
    • tsibulya – 500 g;
    • clock - 3 large heads;
    • adjika – 250 g;
    • tsukor – approximately 200 g;
    • Oliya Roslinna – 100 ml;
    • ocet (9%) - 120-150 ml;
    • salt - 40-50 g;
    • water – 250 ml.

    The cucumbers need to be cleaned, cut into halves and scraped using a teaspoon of salt. Cut the prepared vegetables into thin slices. Cut the pepper into thin slices, and grate the carrots using a grate used for preparing Korean salads. Cut the cibul into slices. Clean the watchmaker and crush the teeth in a special vice.

    Prepare the vegetables in one bowl, add the ingredients indicated in the list of products and, thoroughly mix, leave for a couple of years. After the end of the hour, transfer the salad into sterilized jars with a volume of no more than 1 liter, filling with the juice that was left in the pan.

    Cover the jars with lids and sterilize them with a length of 20 cm. Now you can roll them up the rest, put the jars on the bottom, wrap them in a carpet and cool them down. After this salad you can pick it up before winter.

    Salad with great ogirki with carrots and chasnik

    This version of the salad is very similar to the first one. However, it’s easier to prepare this little bit. Coming out is not so welcoming as it is spicy and even savory. And the axis of ingredients for this option for preparing oranges that have outgrown will be needed much less:

    • fruits that have outgrown – 1 kg;
    • carrots – 250-300 g;
    • tsibulya – 250-300 g;
    • citric acid – 20-25 g;
    • tarragon – 5 g;
    • salt - 25-30 g.

    Cut the cucumbers into cubes, grate the carrots well. Cut the tsibul into pieces, and clean the chasnik and crush it into the chasnik. To prepare the ingredients, place them in a saucepan, add salt, tarragon, citric acid, salt, mix thoroughly and set aside for about 2 years.

    After this, you need to put the pan on high heat, let it boil until it boils, and then put it out for 15-20 minutes. In this hour, you can prepare the jars by sterilizing them. Pack the prepared salad into jars and seal it hermetically with cracks. Then everything is the same as before: turn the jars over and put them in the canning containers to cool.

    Methods for preparing salads for the winter with overgrown oranges are not limited to description. In reality there are much more of them. Until then, no one is stopping from experimenting and coming up with an effective method of preservation. However, if necessary, all state farmers must adhere to the old rules. Otherwise, a prepared winter salad will please few people. Otje:

    1. It is not possible to harvest pulp or zipped fruits, as well as cucumbers, which contain a bitter taste.
    2. Before preparing the fruits, soak them in cold water for 1-1.5 years. After such a “bath” of stench comes out crispy, it is much easier to remove them.
    3. All vegetables must be thoroughly washed beforehand.
    4. Jars for curing salads do not need to be larger. The optimal volume is 0.5-1 l.
    5. Place the salad in sterilized jars and seal with sterilized lids. But anyway, preserving it until winter is not a good idea. Some cookery books say that hot salad can be served in a clean jar, but this is not the case. It is imperative to sterilize containers!
